Best Paid Advertising Method To Get Sign Ups To A Website?

Hello warriors!
I am the owner of a social network (dwipo . com)

The site launches in September and i really wouldn't mind knowing what is the best advertising method to get sign ups to a website?

At the moment I'm not entirely Shaw what my advertising budget is. It could be $100 It could be $1500.

What are your suggestions?

    If its a social network the best place to get people is from other social networks.

    Try Facebook ads, just remember to have your ads targeted to keep costs down.

    You'll need to work hard to get users. That's definitely the most important part. If you have a good product but no users it's of no use!

    As your website is a social network than I would suggest you to do many facebook post and write good facebook post than slowly build your website and always give a reason why people need to join your social network, why it is unique than other social network..

    I don't think Google adwords will convert, yes it will bring your traffic but not very few conversion, i believe you need to bring traffic from facebook, twitter and google+ and other social networks and give some couple of months and focus on it than you will get some good amount of conversion..cause you are bringing quality visitor to your site, alway focus on quality not quantity..
