Managing facebooks ads for client

I can't figure out how I can run ads for a facebook pae for a client where they are billed directly for it.

It just assumes that I will pay for it and doesn't give me any other choice to get billed by client.

Any ideas?

Tell them you need the advertisment funds in advance, then stick the money in your account?

Have them set-up a page and then you run the ads from there so there card is charged?

Either you request to direct charges toward their credit card or you might collect money from them as package or budget.
The best is you use their credit card as the fix payment that will auto charge toward the credit card.
