2 opt ins on one page

Has anyone tested 2 opt-ins on one page?
Say one for a course, another for an ebook or something similar.

It's almost like a few different ads on a site. If a person isn't interested in a course they might be interested in something else.

Your thoughts?

Mmm my instincts tell me this will probably decrease conversions but split test it and see what happens, that's the only way you'll know for sure.

I have, but not so much for separate offers. Moreso to improve my optin rates. By having two forms, my optins doubled.

Do you mean two on one landing page?

If so then no, but I have rotated landing pages to see if one converted better.

I'm doing a few where I have 2 opt-ins for the same OFFER on one page - one on top and one on the bottom...

This for example: Get DrDrum Dubstep Maker for 25% off | Dubstep Maker, Dubstep Creator - sick beat maker

But two DIFFERENT offers on the same page? That might get confusing and lower your opt-in rate

I'm also of the opinion that two opt-ins/two different offers on one squeeze page can be confusing to say the least.
On the other hand, why should you do this? Use the e-book as the free gift, and the course as a regular autoresponder series or, to add value, as an unannounced bonus or the other way round.
Make two pages and split-test them to find the winner.

I think it will work, placing them side by side or one above the other, stating clearly that they are different and offer different benefits for getting them both

      I would probably separae them.

So for example if a visitor does not optin on my first offer then on his exit i would have a pop up with the second different offer.
