Hello,

Does anyone know that most important things I need to include in the terms and conditions and disclaimer?

I am working on a product about dating tips for guys. I give all kinds of tips some include approaching a girl and also personal development tips. While it is highly unlike some guy would do something illegal or would become mentality ill . I don't want to be held liable.

I recommend getting an actual attorney to write this up for you. There's so many different situations that need to be accounted for that most people don't even consider. Alternatively, you can but one online, there's sites that sell that service. Or if you just want something extremely simple you can buy them from Fiverr. I used a Fiverr gig for a terms and conditions page for one of my sites and it works well.

first thing i would do is look at existing sites to get an idea what they are including.
then layout your own.
