Using Articles from Article Directories !

Hi All ! I hope you you all having a great day ! I am not a native English speaker so until I will put my English on the proper level to be able to write my self I am forced to buy articles . Yeah like most of beginners I've started with really low budget . I have figured out that it is very difficult to buy good article for 5 $ . They will be OK for SEO purposes , but far away from once I would love to read my self.

Long story shot , I am thinking to use articles from best article directories like EzineArticles . Yes , in a legal way by putting HTML code without changing anything . I have two questions :
Can I rank those articles using back-links?
And second : would it be harmful to my websites ranking or not to post such articles?
Thank you beforehand for answers !

in my opinion Search engine companies build a system to rank sites depend on the popularity of the content and how it is spreading thru the net in a NORMAL WAY, and what i mean by that is regular users linking to your content because they love what you got there and they are trying to get other people's attention and share it around, THAT IS WHAT I CALL a successful strategy to build a strong site (RANK/REVENUE). but doing it your self is not a good start to build a strong site let your site TO BUILD it is own rank and popularity using regular internet users BY providing good content and that will make the search engines to do their job naturally

Duplicate content is the next problem if you do this for hundred of articles.

    good luck

    Hey, Dimitri

Your English will improve with time. Personally, I wouldn't recommend using article from article directories. Sadly, most of the time, even on the top directories, you are not going to find anything all that great. Most people who use the article directories you will likely end up finding are just putting articles on their for backlinks anyway, which means they probably do not put a lot of emphasis on quality. Just based off of what I have seen over years of online marketing looking at articles at the various directories, you would be better off not using them.

You can use a place like textbroker, which offers some great quality articles at a very low price. Even the lowest of budgets should be able to afford something decent there. I personally know many writers who work there and they are higher level writers who complete orders in the lower levels, even though they have a higher skill level. The freelance writing industry has gotten quite competitive because of a shortage of places to writer, so you can get higher quality articles for a lower price.

Even if your budget is next to nothing, you should be able to get at least a little bit of content out of there. Good luck.

EDIT: I also forgot to address another question. You asked if backlinks would help articles from article directories rank. The answer is yes, but again, I wouldn't recommend it.

    Oliver

Here is the problem with using cheap or free articles:

      1) You Are Not Selling To Search Engines, You Are Selling To People

The problem with creating content for search engines is that they can't actually read. They don't care if your content sounds like garbage, they only care about the signals that the algorithm is looking for. PLUS search engines will never purchase anything from you.

People are the ones that are going to be pulling out their wallets and spending their money on you. If you are not willing to spend money on your customers, I guarantee they are not going to want to spend money on you.

Instead of worrying about ezine articles, devote that same time to making yourself a better english writer. It is still work and you will end up coming away with a skill that is ten times more valuable then copying directory articles.

      2) You Are Competing Against People Who Pay Good Prices

Whether or not you want to admit it, your competition is paying for high quality articles, and at the end of the day you are competing against THEM not against the search engines. All you have to do is have better stuff than your competitors in order to rank well in the search engines, and I guarantee you that those who are successful at this stuff are spending good money on their content.

How do I know? Because I personally have written thousands of articles for hundreds of niches and I am not cheap. Not to sound like a total jerk, but your competition isn't using ezine articles, I guarantee it. UNLESS you are trying to rank for keywords with exact matches of less than 100, then you don't really even have any competition and you probably won't make that much money. Either way it will be a complete and total waste of your time and investment.
Thank you for the opinion ! I understand the importance of keep learning English and trying to write my self in the future . Nice of you to stress that up .

That's fine - as long as you re-publish within Ezine Article's terms of service (in their entirety, with the resource-box intact, and so on). That's what article directories are there for: to provide content to be republished in ezines and on websites.

Not easily, but in reality it depends mostly on where else they've been published (and/or might be published in future). Usually. It's generally not a good idea to try this, overall. They're there to provide content, not to provide potential SEO benefits. You'll usually get very little SEO benefit from using them as your only or main content, but mixing them up with some unique content is fine.

No. Not harmful. No penalties. Just "very limited SEO benefits".

This little thread from yesterday is on the same subject: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post6630738

Well, that all makes sense. I suspect that (in contrast to some Warriors - including some who sell articles) your English is actually quite a bit better than you give yourself credit for.
