Market samurai problems

I am using market samurai for about a month now (paid version), but since today my results are complete off the reality. He is saying there is a SEOC of about 30-40 at alot of keywords but when i'm check its much and much more. and i mean MUCH like some 100k+ and stuff

also the SEOTC is complety off. Whats going on, are more people having this problem or how can i fix this?

    I am having problem with it as well. And it did not fix itself during last 2 udates. I hardly can believe that "Dirt Bikes" would have SEOC of 40. The rest of SEOC numbers also do not look correct.

      I would suggest contacting the MS team - they are usually very good to deal with. They may be able offer to some advice or suggest the reasons why your results are skewed

    I would say don't make it too complex, make it simple,

    exact keywords, number of searches...

    pages indexed in google...

    I have used Market Samurai for a few years now. Yes the results do get a little skewed at times. Google makes updates it messes with every software out there. Adjustments are made and then it is accurate again.

    And I agree - MS support is excellent and they are responsive.

    I have contacted ms and asked about this problem . yesturday fux was relised and it seams to be working . i an not happy that the data gathered from bing anyways
