Attracting JV's

Hey everyone,

So I am fairly new to this game and I hear all this talk about doing deals and attracting JV's and I have not one clue where to start.

I have a great site for NFL fans that is:

1 FREE
2 More fun that fantasy football
3 Accessible to anyone over 18 (meaning you don't have to know 1 thing about football to play)
4 Can be played in 5 minutes each football week.
5 The winner wins $100 Visa Card every week.
6 They season winner wins $1000 Visa Card for the year.

Oh and did I mention it's FREE!

So how do you make money ask. Well for now it is ads and this year we will have a premium subscription for $29.00 which will give Premium members advantages to winning each week.

Now when I built this last year I thought I would have a flood of members. but I didn't. I think we have somewhere around 200 and average about 60 players a week.

So I am looking for JV's that might find this interesting. We are going to expand to the PGA, MLB and NASCAR in 2013 and the growth potential if crazy. Fantasy sports is a 8 billion dollar industry.

Anyway if anyone has advice as to what I should do I would appreciate it.

      People self promote all the time, they just do it creatively. Don't believe me, notice how many "I made XXXXXXXXXXXX !" type of ads proliferate on this sub-forum?

      It is only the blatant ones that get a warning or are moved to other sections.

      I am not self promoting at all. I am honestly asking for help. Do you really think one simple post in this forum about a sports entertainment site is really going to generate traffic? If this forum is genuine and you can answer my question as to how I might work with a JV because I have never done that. It's funny so many people in hear have so many great ideas but nobody tells you how to implement those ideas.

      So if you don't like my post please ignore it. But if you can offer a few words of advice please do so or just stand a post, either way I don't give a damn about what you think you are entitled to. You can't handle the truth.....

        I guess you and I must come from different worlds then? That is quite clearly you asking for JV's and the like to promote your product. That quite clearly IS self promotion. If you are looking for JV's then go and post your request in the correct section of the forum, NOT the main discussion area.

          Haha, yes we do and no I am not and that is the answer I am looking for or at least the direction I am looking to be lead in.
