Suggestions for Site Flip WSO

Hi Fellow Warriors,

I've built something that I think is pretty cool but I'm having a hard time trying to figure out the best way to offer it. I'm going to list the ideas I have and if you would be so kind as to let me know your thoughts on it I would really appreciate it.

I learned how to flip sites using Wordpress which is the most common used platform used today. However it took me quite some time to figure out everything from customizing the theme to transferring the site to the buyer.

I've also noticed that there are quite a few newbies getting in on the site flipping game and there really isn't an easy way to setup sites that is affordable and is to master which is why I created a simple system.

What I've done is taken the most successful theme and heavily modified it and integrated it into my easy to use site builder program.

You can literally build a professional looking site in less than 30 minutes!

So without getting into all the details here are my thoughts...

Should I offer this as a monthly service where you get access to so many sites per month?

Should I make this a package deal where you purchase each site individually and discounts for bulk?

If I did a membership I would add new templates that you could use every month and offer support.

My builder works with any template so I could also offer to just create custom niche sites which you could then easily add your own content and sell.

Also what is nice about my builder is once you sell the site you can transfer the software builder with it that way your buyers have an added value they can offer or a way to add there own touch quickly and easily.

So that's it in a nutshell. Please give me feedback as to what you think.
