How do you send video files?

Hey,

So my friend is sending video's he made on his computer into my hosting he is sending 4 videos and they are all in a zip file.

The problem is it says its going to take 3:43 minuets to upload.

How can we make this go much faster?

    is he sending you them to proof them or to use them in their current format?

    if theyre for proofing get him to render them at a much smaller resolution...

    if they are for you using them as is get comfy watch a movie or something

      No he is sending them to me because we are sharing a website on my hosting.

      And they are the final video's

      So they just take a really long time.

    yeah video files can be really big - how long are they and what resolution are they? also what video format are they?

    sounds like you might be in for a long wait...

    is he sending them all at once in one zip file - or as 4 seperate zip files all together?

    it will still only be as quick as the limitation of his internet connections upload speed he has right?

    regardless if hes uploading via ftp or http?

    as far as i am aware...
