Quick ISP email question

I sent emai from home using a email scheduling program linked to my email called boomerange. My concern is that I don't want to go over the email limit per day. My question is when my computer shuts off/down and an email is scheduled to go out when it's down does it still use the same ISP ? Or what ISP does it use?
