Ha ha that's the dream lifestyle eh!

    In a word no

I do most of my stuff myself apart from sales page graphics and sales copy because I have accepted my limitations. I'm rubbish at both!

Altough I know quite a bit about outsourcing (even got a virtual assistant for free) I always have to do SOME work, even if it is checking and optimizing Besides if you outsource EVERYTHING and move onto other methods, sooner or later you will disconnect with the news of this particular method and get behind your competition. Always be on top of things is my motto.

Actually I was doing that for a long time with web clients - I could get a client that would pay $10k and get the work done for $1500, and ongoing work that paid $2k and could get done for $250.

It's ironic really - sometimes the people who can do the work do not consider their value as much as others, so while I had clients wanting to pay $10k for something, many of the people who could do it did not feel able to charge that amount - so quite often they need someone in the middle just to get the business done.

Ha ha, if only that was possible. You still have to check everything, coordinate everything and plan everything. That takes a lot of work.

If you have that, you're a super affiliate already

I never understood how a person finds a capable team, which he trusts ... it would take like 1-3 months to find a person for 1 friggin position.

    I just outsource to india

GO. MOVE. Keep GOING! Even with the smallest steps and slower paces, the important thing is you are NOT STOPPING! You'll get there!

That would be the absolute dream scenario. While it is possible to oursource most of your work (once you have trusted partners) more often than not there is the matter of putting it all together where you get more involved.

However, depending on your income stream the amount of time spent actually doing anything can be reduced to an absolute minimum.

It is very possible, outsource everything ... but you have to admit you just don't collect the money, you have to coordinate the whole team and worse is finding the right people for the job. The later task is harder to accomplish for most people.

Out sourcing or delegation is an art - and is the life lesson of accepting that the job / task will not be done as well as you could do it yourself or 100% to your liking.

..but once you accept that it frees up your time to focus on the things you're best at and expand your business.

i'm not there yet. I outsource 25-30% of my tasks, would like to go up to 50%. Leverage is a great thing but i'd NOT want to outsource 100% cuz i love what i do

In some aspects of my biz it's pretty darn close, but you've still gotta stay on top of things a little or else you'll wind up with problems

My business right now can run without me. However, I love the IM niche too much and am constantly working on building something new.

It depends what you mean by doing everything, as you still need to define the scope (which takes time if done properly) of work and revue.

The one thing you cannot outsource when your building your business is the relationships part, the most important aspect of building a business and the key to expansion.

If you ever have the privilege of talking to somebody highly successful, by that I mean their net worth is in the multiple millions plus, more often than not, they will tell you most of their deals aren't done in the office, but on the golf course.
