I am new with clickbank. I would like to use the program.
But my English isnt that good.

How can i make some quick money, without writing articles?

Like 500 - 600 dollars a month would be great, for starters.

  • Hi there,

My suggestion is you will have difficulty promoting clickbank products without "articles". I'm guessing you want to avoid articles because you feel your english is not good enough.

You might need a rethink to come at this from another angle. Where are you from? It might be that you can target clickbank offers in your own country. If English is a widely used second language in your home country, you could put up a site in your own country and write content in your own language. Alternatively you could make videos in your own language.

If that interests you search the google keyword tool for search terms targeted to your own country for ideas that you can find clickbank products for.

If you're worried about your English you could always hire someone off of fiverr to write some kind of a script for you, give that script to someone who creates videos and create a video squeeze page and simply start pushing traffic to the squeeze page. You want to get their e-mail so that you can continue to market to them if you're going to be paying for traffic, which is what you'll need to be doing if you're not going to be creating videos or writing articles to generate your traffic.

Take my advice and push products here instead! I earned $40 but then they started charging me because others were not buying and it went 'dormant' in their eyes. First penalties of $1 then $5 > they eventually sent me a check for $7.50 > I then went to my Bank and their charges for me lodging this were more than $7.50 so I tore up the check!!!
Try CPA as well but my advice is stay away from Clickbank

The "dormant account charges" are a nuisance, but very easily avoidable, Peter: all you need to do is buy one $3 product through your own affiliate-link, and that resets the 3-month clock again - those dormant account charges, which start at $1 every two weeks, apply only to people whose account hasn't seen either a sale or a purchase for 90 days.

Originally Posted by Glengara View Post

You had one bad experience, because you hadn't made a sale for over 90 days, and you didn't know how to get round that, and on that basis you're advising others to "stay away from ClickBank"?

There must be a few thousand people here who are very glad they didn't see and/or didn't take any notice of nonsense like that, when they started their IM careers. Rarely, if ever, has the word "sheeeeeesh" sprung more fully formed to my lips.

If you hadn't mentioned that you were a non-English speaker, I wouldn't have known. Your English seems fine to me. The vast majority of native, English speakers (at least most Americans) don't speak or write properly to begin with, so it's not like they would know. :-)

I quite like the idea of marketing in the netherlands! you can look at it two ways,
    1. Much smaller market - netherlands compared to rest of english speaking countries, which makes you feel you have far fewer people to reach out to

    OR

    2. Much smaller competition - the fact that all other english speaking marketers (which is unquestionably a massive percentage of IM'ers) will not be focused on marketing in the netherlands and the ones that are will be doing it in english!

I quite like the idea of the challenge myself, trouble is I don't have a second language!!

I think It's very good idea to hire someone if you can't. I've read that Google consider spelling, and the most important thing is good grammar and spelling looks profesional

As other mentioned above, you could try Fiverr

The competition might be smaller in the Netherlands but the English language is the most used language in the world.

I think there is more money to make if I run a business in English isn't it?

I think this isn't quite clear, actually. It depends how you look at it.

Certainly your market will be incomparably bigger if you aim at the English-speaking market rather than specifically at the non-English-speaking Dutch market. On the other hand, there may be almost no competition at all for that market.

It's going to depend on which turns out to be more important: the size of your slice of the pie, or the size of the pie.

My reservation is that so many Dutch people have English good enough to read web-pages (and books?) in English, even if they don't necessarily consider themselves competent English writers. So I don't know. But I suspect that in real terms it may not be quite as clearcut as you suggest.

I imagine that very few, if any, ClickBank products, specifically, are available in Dutch? But there'll be hundreds (or thousands) of other products that are, of course. I wonder if there might be big advantages to promoting written-in-English information products to Dutch people, in Dutch. I strongly suspect that this might not be nearly as far-fetched as it sounds, and that it isn't something to dismiss without thinking about and perhaps investigating it

If you are worried about your English you have a few options.

    1. Write your own stuff and hire a proofreader. (I work with a great proofreader that is very inexpensive.)
    2. Use PLR as a base. (Make sure it is high quality PLR.
    3. Hire a writer.
    4. Promote offline.
    5. Promote in your native language.

    Why doesnt Clickbank work?

I'm doing a research for a suitable niche now.

I could translate to English products and introduce them to the dutch market, since the competition isnt that big.

I would like to know, where I can find a good Sales page, squeeze page, optin.

I havent seen it on fiverr yet.

Spend $10,000 marketing a Clickbank product. You'll see $500-$600 a month in no time.

However... more than likely you dont have $10,000 to spend on advertising, and since you dont want to "write articles"... i guess you could always start a blog with some adsense code. Or even better... a business on ebay. Sell enough things in your house, and you can have $600 within the next 3 days.

  • Similar to Alexa I think marketing English products to the Dutch is well worth looking in to. My experience of Dutch people is that on average their English is very good if not excellent. This was partly why I asked my original question about where you were from.

Done correctly you could dominate the Dutch market in certain niches and still sell products written in English as their standard is so good.

I tried it using only online translation tools but there are keywords getting searches in Holland. As a native speaker you could probably find much more popular keywords.

Given the population of The Netherlands you might have to build several sites over time in a range of niches to get the kind of revenue you're looking for.

One easy way would be hire someone to write you an article, find an authority site with related content that post content regularly, post a very good comment to an article with a link pointing at your squeeze page. If the site gets lots of traffic you could get some consistent traffic. Do this multiple times on other sites and content.

Youtube marketing is awesome and you can do it with video marketing using movie maker, Animoto or power point slide shows that you don't have to speak. Pick your keywords carefully (long-tail are best) and off you go! The secret is really picking the products that convert and the Youtube traffic is sweet. Be sure to use the social markers built-in at the bottom of your new video to get it promoted too. Once you have the software (you may already have a movie maker program on your PC most likely) it won't cost you a dime to get started. Use bit.ly for the affiliate link, do not use Clickbank's ugly link. Hope that helps, Kristie

Identify a niche market. Search the Clickbank marketplace to see what categories are available. Tailor your product to fit categories that are not already filled with similar items.

Im going to also recommend the YouTube Clickbank approach. The $50 a day thread is a good resource to refer to....

Let me add that if you go that approach, look into a cheap domain that you can set to auto forward to your Clickbank affiliate link page. Those convert much better than bit.ly links.

Don't aim for the quick money. The fact is, you may get just that a few dollars or possibly a few hundred without any good views of the future. After you experience it's really possible to make money on the Internet, you will want it forever. And you will feel very dissatisfied when you find out your income has died off.

Aim for long-term results. Start slow, slow down your mind, be patient, consistent and persistent. I know it might be hard, especially if you are new to this business, but really, wanting fast results isn't the right way to go.

There's no short cut to make money from Clickbank. First of all, you need to build a customer-base. Remember that money is always on the List.
So what you need to do to create a customer-base on Clickbank are the ff:

    a. Select a series of Clickbank products in the same niche to promote
    b. Create a free eBook about the niche to give away
    c. Create a lead page offering the free ebook
    d. Send traffic to the lead page
    e. Capture the lead coming to the squeeze page
    f. Use email auto responders with the Clickbank products

Another option is to outsource your article writing to someone who is an English speaker. You can get high quality articles written for only $5 at a site called Fiverr.com.You just need to come up with the right keywords, keywords that people use who are interested in buying a product/service.

Look for a product on Clickbank that you would like to sell, figure out the best keyword that has low competition, get a domain name (.com, .net, .org) with the keyword in it, build a Wordpress blog, write high quality articles and point the visitors to the Clickbank product.

This is a strategy that works, but it will take some time.

You could write 1-page review sites and send highly targeted traffic to them so you wouldn't have to write long articles. However, this is a short term method- as suggested, creating a Wordpress website, finding a quality content writer and ranking well in Google is the best solution long term. Once ranking well and making sales, repeat the same process until you create multiple revenue streams

You can promote Clickbank products without writing articles. I have given a few ways below.

YouTube - You can make videos with free software like Animoto into which you can insert some titles and sub-headings form the sales copy. Put some pictures as well. Upload to YouTube and use the annotations feature to say something like "click on the link below for more info". he link that you put in your description should be your CB affiliate link that is cloaked or redirected with the help of a domain.

Twitter - This method takes time but you can get thousands of followers in your niche if you keep at it. You will need to search for people interested in the same niche and follow them - wait for them to follow you. If they don't unfollow them, Once you have 500 followers you can start sending them links to CB offers. You will also need to send them links to useful information so that they keep following you.

Facebook - You can make a Facebook Fanpage and promote CB products. This also takes time but if you do it right you can have thousands of fans.

The fastest method is the YouTube method.

If you can spend money you can use paid traffic like PPC or PPV but you will need to learn how to do it.

I do agree Youtube is one of the quickest means to attract traffic to your business page as it gets quick attention of users visiting youtube.

But there are times when users do ignore those pages which have spammy annotations calling to get directed to other pages, in that case, I feel twitter & bookmarking is good

The top CB affiliates create a big email list of subscribers, and build a relationship with them. Then everyday they send content and promotions to that list. That's how 80% of their income comes from. I suggest you pick a niche with long term value and focus on building the biggest list you can, then you are going to see a bigger income than that.

I am not sure where it is or if Alexa is still following this thread, but she has two AWESOME posts on clickbank...(she makes her living off of it) so if she links to it...take notice.

You could just type in Alexa Smith in the search and see if it pops up?

These posts are about building a business and making a living, really, not so much about "making quick money", it must be said.

PS. I urge anyone reading this thread to avoid at all cost the advice given above about tinyurl, bitly and any of those other third-party url shorteners/concealers/forwarders, dependence on which is both extremely unwise and completely unnecessary.

The answer to your question is OUTSOURCE,even if english is your first language it doesn't mean that you will write quality articles ..so you can speak Chinese as far as I'm concerned and still make money with clickbank..

But my English isnt that good.

How can i make some quick money, without writing articles?

Like 500 - 600 dollars a month would be great, for starters.
Clickbank is JUST a payment processor - if you are promoting as an affiliate which I am assuming there is nothing special about Clickbank that will help you.

What you are really asking is:

    "How can I make $500 - $600 a month promoting products?"

    It all depends on:

    The niche you pick.

    The sales copy.

    The traffic you get.

The best thing to do is just get started and read up here at the WF for traffic strategies etc...

If you don't want to write articles the 2 methods that jump to mind are video marketing and PPC.

You can buy PLR or you can hire someone to write you an article in fiverr

Unfortunately there is no quick money, you still need to build traffic, build links and an email list.

    Which sounds better?

    1. A quick few sales that make 60 dollars and then that's it.
    or
    2. Build a business which will long term make you thousands of dollars online.

    You decide.
