Can anyone kindly suggest that what concept of website should be created for generating revenue on a regular basis.There are few in my mind,kindly add to the list and suggest which one can generate good revenue in longer run without much of maintenance headache .
  • Website on any informative topics and continously updating with latest content -Generating money thru adsense & affiliate marketing
  • Creating Clickbank products as publisher
  • Creating classified site
  • Creating dating site
  • Creating article writing services site
  • Creating Banner making,greeting card design site where user need to subscribe for downloaidng banner
  • Creating Online photos selling site where anyone can upload pix and user can buy it revenue will be shared among user & site.

    I am a big proponent of creating a lead capture site that educates and informs.

    It's a win win. You get their information so you can market to them for the long term and they get the information and enrichment they desire.

    It's an old model but it's effective and will always be effective.
