New to recruiting affiliates: how to track leads?

I have a monthly service that is set up with a Paypal subscription.

Right now, I use a squeeze page and a FREE report and email sequence to sell this service.

For the first time, I am going to recruit JV partners who can promote this service to their customers and their lists.

What do I have to do to be able to track which JV partners the clicks are coming from, and through to the actual signup at Paypal?

    HasOffers is a robust affiliate tracking platform... There are also probably a few free (but less trustworthy) options if you do a quick google search for affiliate tracking software...

    I use the Rapid Action Profits script which allows me to
    manage a shopping cart and affiliate program in one.

    Rapid Action Profits (no affil.)

    Note that with this script, affiliates are paid instantly
    via PayPal and you can set the affiliate commission
    structure up to suit.

    If you're giving away a free report and autoresponder
    follow-up series, you can use a script to auto-populate
    your web-form with the affiliate ID of the person who
    sent the visitor.

    To do this, I use the WordPress RAP Affiliate Cookie plugin:

    As your service is a monthly subscription, then you'd
    need the RAP PayPal Subscription Add-On:

    I learned how to do this via an affiliate infoproduct by
    Paul Myers called The Beast:

    The Email Affiliate System (no affil.)

    This assumes that you want to pay your affiliates instantly
    via PayPal and that they'd be happy to send their visitors
    to your squeeze pages (that has the follow-up series with
    their affiliate links pre-populated).
