Multiple Niche Sites and Contact Pages...

Hey guys,

This is really written for people who own several successful niche sites. What do you guys do about "contact us"? Do you have a form that links to a specific email address that caters to all of your sites or do you have an email address for each site?

Just want to start getting organized. I can't imagine getting a 1-2 emails a day but when you start getting 50 - 100 niche sites up there.. man that could get hectic. hah

    I make up 1 address for each site through cPanel. Then I forward that domain, again via cPanel, to a catch-all address in Gmail.

    I use Gmail because I set it up so that I can email out as that address if necessary. My private email address actually catches 10 different emails and lets me email out as any of them.

      That's a great idea man. Right now I have way too many emails. (about 15 all together) some of them are for newsletters, another is for facebook only, another for pinterest. etc. etc. it's just helps me stay on top of things. I just don't want to miss out on any emails that my traffic may send.

    Well, if you want to take the idea one step further, I actually have my 3 biggest domains setup in free Google Apps accounts so that I can log into them with a Gmail interface. It makes things very simple, and my Android device picks them up as well that way.

      I have a support desk and host that on my company domain. It's easier to handle plus it gives visitors the impression that they're a well-established, big company (which never hurts )

    I agree with J - I've got all of mine setup with individual email address that forward to my main Google mail account.

    The Google mail service is pretty awesome, and the spam detection is second to none. As a side note, I've actually got a friend that used to use a Google email account purely for spam filtering - he had his contact address that he used to forward to a Google account which then forwarded on to his personal email (I know, jumping through hoops a little!). Interesting, at least!

      Why would you have a 1 page site with multiple niches? And this has nothing at all to do with the OP...you'd come out better starting your own thread.

        I can set up as many emails as I want and access them all from one web application.

        There is a Free Version fro up to 10 mailboxes and you can get different levels from $300.00 to around $1200.00
