1 out of 60 visits ain't bad! How many impressions overall do you get, and how many did it take you receive the first sale?
You could, sloppily, try and predict overall sales volume and see if youre in the green or not.

I would try running a split test maybe through another BSA site. Definitely get more data on your current offer though, 1 sale make it tough to gauge actual CTR and ROI.

Hi Petkanov. I just went to buysellads.com and I don't know how it works.
I am reading it though. If I wanted to make money with clickbank, what do I do? I am just looking for a quick explanation. How much does it cost, how do I create the ad, through a banner or text? How does the process works and conversions. Is is a one time payment or monthly?

Well, I made one sale, so it could have been luck for all I know

. Just browse the webistes you can put banners on, and choose the placement. For best result I would go above the fold with 300x250 banner, with text.

It's not luck or coincidence that got you your first sale, buysellads is a great place for media buying and placing your banner in front of a targeted audience. Like other warriors here have suggested, try A/B split test and research the target website using quantcast and alexa to pin point and target the right audience.
It's always a great feeling making that first CB sale.... CONGRATS!

If you are direct linking, I would suggest you split test as many offers as you can that are comparable.

Free trials convert much easier than straight sales, but you can't get them from CB.

Sign up for Convert2Media dot com or another CPA network, they have tons of high converting weight loss offers!

If you run landers, make sure you run flogs or farticles. They work best!

Have you split test ad variations? You might discover a better converting ad!

Sending them to a squeeze page if done right, will nearly always outperform sending them direct to offer, you just got to keep testing.

Always try to get their email and follow up with them with an auto-responder loaded with 5 to 7 messages.

And you might make more money with a CPA offer from Peerfly or others....

That is very good, but to get more sales need more work with full determination than before, you can apply other different method apart from the one you used, this will increase your sale. Get auto-responder, so that you build your list and continue to follow your list up sounds very nice.

As long as you create email of real value before sending the offer to your list, in 99% of cases you will increase the CR that way. Direct linking is incomparably weaker than building a list and building a relationship with the list prior to showing the traffic the offer.

First sale is really important because many people quit just because they failed to get their 1st ever sale esp on CB.

I prefer you to do split test before you scale up your budget and project.
You can split test on several occasions.
Little search on google n here will help much.

I am also try buysellads for my clickbank offer... and bought 10000 impression on 300*250 banner size... in two days i got 1400 impressions of my ads... but only got just 2 hops or you can say that 2 clicks on my offer... can anyone tell me what i do wrong?

This will be a long road Pet,

First sale is great, you feel great, can boost your confidence.
You are in the right direction, build list for long term business. You can make three month duration for auto responder, send them 1 message per week until 3 months to build relationship. Even they not buy your product, at least you can offer them different product.

Congratulations, now keep the momentum going and get the second sale.

A squeeze page and autoresponder series should increase your conversions.
And it will give you a list that you can present other offers to.
But as always you should split test everything to see what is working and what needs to be improved upon.

I've done this now is well. I'm promoting 2 CB products in the weightloss niche using BuySellAds.

My results are not as promising. I spent $80 for 10k impression. One ad gets 0.3% CTR, the other gets 0.7% CTR.

I have about 1600 impressions so far, but only 7 hops, and no sales.

Suggestions?

Anything over .02 percent CTR is pretty good, in all honesty. The conversion rate of 1/60 or even 1/120 is not typical for banner ads.

Like others recommended, split testing is likely the best idea. As a reminder, you are "interrupt marketing" to people.

Munaworks - It is "interrupt marketing" in the way that the user is likely not on the page to view offers, they are there to view content and you are "interrupting" their experience by extending an offer.

I would definitely get a squeeze page and start capturing email addresses. If you've ever read a post on here money is in the list. Just think, if they don't buy the initial product it doesn't mean they wont buy a product in a future email. They are already interested in the niche, just got to find the right product for them.

Nice job! The problem with traffic like this is that it will take a quite a long time (and a lot of money) to actually figure out your metrics. By the time you get real numbers you could be 5 figures in the red if you're not careful.

I would say that it depends on the visitors are coming from.

If visitors are coming from search engine from any targeted keyword then the chance is to sell the product to the visitor and conversion rate is really very good.
