Tips on finding a busniess partner?

Hello all, I'm new to IM and the forum all though I have lurked a bit. After reading about how confusing and frustrating it can be for newbies like me I thought it would be a good idea to team up with another newbie so we can at lest be frustrated and confused together .

It just seems like there would be an advantage to two people working together on a site or project; twice the man power, can bounce ideas off each other, have someone there when your feeling frustrated. We could also leverage our talents/ interests. I'm interested in video and am trying to learn after effects and production techniques and wouldn't mind appearing on camera once I've practice a bit. Maybe there's someone out there who is interested in video marketing but have no interest in the video part of the equation.

Anyone here have experience working with a business partner?Any tips on finding one?

Edit: I should probably add that I'm broke and can't invest any money yet.

If you become a war room member here then you can post in the JV section with others looking to do joint ventures.

Also you could look around and try and find people who you would be interested in working with and message them. But you need more posts them.

Choose a partner that is financially stable and at the same time you both have the same interest with the business that you want to do. If possible someone you really know for you not to have a hard time working together.

If you release commercial products together, make sure that EVERYTHING is in a CONTRACT.

Personally, I've lost 6 figure amounts by not doing that and relying on trust in the other person.

Contracts aren't sexy when a partnership/friendship is shiny and new but can literally save your financial life later.

Crucially, judge individuals by what they DO, not what they SAY.
