Downline Etiquette? Allowing People To Transfer To Your Team?
I am new to network marketing, I work "out" of the corporate HQ's for a new MLM that is just launching and there are people there (at corporate) that have been "orphaned" by their sponsors. They are working hard but not getting support from the people that brought them in.
I often help them for free, and do presentations etc..a few times they have asked if they could transfer to my team so I would work with them more..
As a rep, I know I would never want a rep under me to do that, so normally I say no, on the other hand, I am always open to all my reps for help.
But I always encourage the person that is asking to switch to stay with their sponsor even if they are not helping...
What are you suppose to do in those situations? Would allowing them to transfer be a
"business" decision or are there ethics involved? What have you done in the past and what are the ramifications?
Thanks
