Quick PayPal Question

How do you control what is displayed on the upper left hand corner on the check out page? (i.e replace email with product name)

When creating a pay now button I'm selecting the "secure merchant account id button" vs. "plain text email" but it still displaying my email.

    I think that is unchangeable. It is the account number of where the payment is headed. But I might be wrong, what do the other warriors think?

    Are you using third party shopping cart or pure paypal button creation process?
    Paypal by default hides your email.

    Depending on what type of paypal account you have it will vary.

    From memory your business name will always appear in the top left hand corner of the payment page if you have a business account and business name.

    If you don't then I think it will always just show your email address.

      It's a personal acct with pure paypal button creation.

      For now I just added a new email: support [a] mycompanyname . com

      That should work for now if the feature I'm looking for isn't available.

    I think it would be largely dependent on what type of paypal account you have setup intitially, be it premier or regular or business. If its solely for business purposes, your business name always appears in the top left corner of the paypal page when someone is purchasing a product. Typically however, it always displays your email address in the top left if no business name is specified.
