What kind of information is required for a squeeze page? Privacy policy, Terms and conditions, disclaimer, etc. Do you need to have these?

Depends, where are you planning to run the squeeze page?

Terms and Conditions are the legal terms for accessing and using a website. Depending on your site this could be extremely important. What does in your Terms and Conditions depends on your website and issues you need to protect against. For instance, the terms of a personal blog, if needed, are far different from the terms of a financial website providing stock recommendations.

I view Terms and Conditions as your first line of defense against lawsuits and controlling what claims can be made and where.

A privacy policy discloses what, if anything, you do with information obtained from users.

Disclaimers are disclosures that provide needed context to your website. If you are an affiliate, an affiliate disclaimer provides notice you are paid for referrals so that visitors can take that into consideration when evaluating your recommendations. If you have health related information a disclaimer you are not a doctor is useful in giving appropriate weight to your articles. And so on.

I have been seeing a growing number of emails turn up
with this kind of disclaimer in them, in my inbox..

And was thinking about adding it to my own sequence..

I'm not keen, however on constantly reminding my
      subscribers of this..

If I were to put this disclaimer on my squeeze page,
would this mean that it's not required in my emails?
