Hi,

Here is a strategy I'm working on right now, that I'd like to share with members of the Warriorforum.

The idea came to me while browsing Flippa.

On flippa, one the hot trend right now is selling Autoblogs and Autoblogs Creation services.
Autoblogs which have traffic and Adsense earnings can sells for more than $1000, and Autoblog Creation websites that show a few sales in the past months usually sells around $500-2000 depending on the number of sales and quality of the design.

Most people create an autoblog (using WP-Robot or others), earn some money with adsense and then flip the site for a quick profit.
Some other people thought it would be better to get hold of an autoblog supplier, and create a website that sells Autoblog Creation packages.
There's also a lot of money to make there.

But few people realize that both Autoblogs and Autoblog Creation websites require a lot of work, and a lot of investment in advertising to actually make a profit.
Stop promoting and your sales will drop.

But did you ever think about being the supplier?

Here is the strategy:
Be the supplier! Supply autoblog for autoblog creation websites, and earn for every sales they make.
But how do you compete with dirt-cheap supplier from Asia?
- Better quality
- Customer service
- Your company is based in the US (or UK, Australia, or other country that inspire confidence)
- And finally, the most important part: Ease of use.
Most supplier are only reachable by email, you don't get update on your orders, it's not really practical.

What you need to do is create an order management system that allows for mass-order of blogs (with a volume discount), and instant checkout using paypal.
The order management system must display the current order of the client, as well as the status of each of his order.

To avoid competing with your clients, you need to have an invite-only registration.

Of course, being the supplier means you'll sell your blogs for cheap, but as long as you make a profit on each sale, the volume will compensate.

Now, here is the interesting part:

Now that you have your Ordering system, create a couple of Autoblog Creation websites, make a few sales (via Adwords, forums, solo ads...) and flip them on flippa.
First of all, that's instant cash.
Second, when you sell the site, you give access to your "supplier" to the new owner. Your supplier being yourself, the new owner will outsource his orders to you, generating recurring incomes!

Now that you have orders pouring in, all you have to do is relay them to your supplier and update the status of the orders on your site.
And that can be automated as well.

Now instead of investing in advertising to sell your services, just create a couple of Autoblog Creation website per month, promote them to get a few sales, flip them for instant profit, and increase your list of clients for your outsourcing business.

Does it work?

yes!

I've create my Order Management System, and all I have to do is receive orders, and relay them to my cheap supplier.
When I get a new order, i receive an email, I login to my admin interface, and I can instantly access the detail of the orders, update their status with the click of a button, and relay them to my supplier automatically.

I didn't created an Autoblog Creation website yet, but I contacted a bunch of existing ones and sent them an invitation code to register.
I already have a couple of clients, who send me orders regularly.

Once I start selling websites in flippa to sell myself as a supplier, money should be pretty good, with little work.
And if receiving orders and relaying them is too much work, you can always outsource this part to a college student for example

Quite a few people on Flippa are doing this already. Take a look at this thread posted this afternoon and tell me what you think.

    Register on www.autoblog-reseller.com

Once registered, you can generate invitation codes. Feels free to generate codes and post/share them on the forum.

To find suppliers, 2 solutions i recommend:
    - buy a cheap autoblog creation website on flippa to access the supplier, or just ask/buy supplier contact form the seller
    - fiverr is full of supplier

The script is potentially for sale.
    PHP5 (OOP)
Twig Template Engine (also used in the Symfony framework)
    MySQL

Runs perfectly on a hostgator or similar cheap hosting.
