    Cloak an affiliate link?

Why wouldn't you be able to?

No I don't think so. Actually I haven't done this before. For the sake of safety I think avoiding this is better.
    thanks

Yes, of course you can - just put your cloaked link as the link that your text or image resolves to. Nothing difficult or special there.
    Hope it helps.
    Cheers

When you use aweber the links are actually automatically cloaked if you check the box that says "Track clicks on website links in this message"

Cloak them yourself because if you cloak it through aweber, aweber will show as the source or something where they can guess its from aweber and they can see you are sending email traffic. You need to cloak it through one of your domains so then they have no clue what you are doing to send the traffic.

To be clear - what I was saying was to cloak them yourself BEFORE putting them into Aweber. One bit of advice - think twice before using a 3rd party web based cloaking service like bit.ly. (BTW .ly is Libya) What happens to your internet business if they no longer exist and you have hundreds or thousands of hosted links out there? Hmmm...

Rather cloak you links yourself - the Pretty Links WP plugin will do this for you - also helps with tracking.

      LOL.

Maybe I shouldn't cross the street - ever. Because I might get hit by a car.

I bet you don't cross the street.
