The site below isn't technically one of my money sites (although it has generated some commissions) but it is a site I use to demo the software I use for my own review sites so it's very close to what my review sites look like.

    Hi

Go to Flippa and look for Amazon sites for sale. Good sites will have traffic and sales:

Boomerang History, How To Throw a Boomerang, Championships, Where to Buy And More
    Best Photography Books
    Resistance Training Exercises

Man, I really gotta start selling websites. If the drek that I see out there can fetch decent prices, I'd make a killing by selling my own sites.

      No kidding!

I see posts in the WF about how tough it is to sell on Flippa, but judging by what is there it seems anything decent that actually make money should kill it.

Of course, my examples were just the first listing I saw. I didn't hunt around for great looking Amazon sites. There are a lot more examples for AdSense sites which seems to be the more popular form of monetization on Flippa.

I think most people would be shy of showing their Amazon affiliate sites :-).

A clever way of getting some ideas for your site is by doing a Google search for "niche" + reviews and clicking on "Blogs" on the left hand side of the page (click on More beneath Web, Images, Maps, Videos and News).

For example I did a search for "toaster reviews" and I got a page full of results, most of them Amazon affiliate review blogs!

I have one in my signature right now that wil be changed out soon. I had built this site and let it sit on the side. The orginal name was changed awhile back, and two days ago I did some updates after someone on this forum gave me a idea. I just made another few changes today. I was about to log off for the weekend when I saw this post.

I will be making some changes in the near future to see what happens. I have a few ideas and this is more of test site than my other Amazon sites. I have another project about to be built using a different approach to Amazon. That site will be completed on Monday for a short term approach.

I'm not sure if it'll be helpful, but I have a series of articles about what works for me with my Amazon affiliate sites. Here's one: Amazon Product Posts - Adding Content - She Flips Websites

Generally, I weave product recommendations and reviews -- some of them stand-alone -- at my niche websites. People keep coming back for the information articles, and then stay to read my reviews and recommendations. So, for me, almost any simple blog design will work fine.
