What's the best thing to do with Exact Match Domains?

I wanted to know if there is still any demand for Exact Match Domains and if anybody from the WF community is still buying EMDs and producing profitable results. I want to know if those EMDs still works if pure and helpful content is added.
I have so many EMDs in health niche especially, treatment, remedies. As my attempts to sell those domains have not been so successful, I'm thinking of putting a little bit of effort in creating niche sites and sell them.
I wanted to know what's the best thing to do with those domains and what's the best way to monetize those EMDs. Your suggestion will really be appreciated.
