Hi Abdoue, you can look at Reed Floren's solo ad directory, there are reviews on some of the solo ad sellers for you to gauge which is better for your usage.

reeds blog and rodgers buy solos.com give you some solo ads to choose from

but once you start to use solo ads its important to put together your own list of the best and proven solo ads which send you the the best traffic so you can then go back and use them again to build your list

Do yourself a favor and have a look at Charlie Page's directory of ezines DOE. The new updated site is just awesome. They have a list of ezines where you can send solo ads to. It works for me.

i bought it a couple of years back and it was pretty bad but it may of been improved since then

how much have you been paying for IM solo ads using the resources in the DOE?

I would say about $20 - $30 for solo to 20 000 subscribers, it works well for me. I have a few I always use. Reed Floren's directory is very good as well.

THere is a recent WSO where some guy reviewed and tried TONS of solo ad providers. Of course he is selling that list, but as more people use those providers, the quality will go down, no question about it. People can only respond or buy but SO many ads in a given time period.

As part of a case study I am currently recording on the effectiveness of solo ads and ad swaps for building a list, I am using safe-swaps.com for some solo ads. I am so far impressed with the interface and the system. Take a look at my sig if you wish to see the progress..

One of the biggest risks with solo ads is knowing how genuine the lists are that your ads are being sent to. The great thing with safe swaps is those lists owners are graded and they have a system called "true clicks" which basically helps sort the wheat from the chaff.
