Being blocked by hotmail/live/MSN
Ok, so recently I have discovered that I cannot send messages to hotmail/msn/live email addresses from my GoDaddy business email addresses.
It all started when I gave complimentary upgrades to all members of my first product, to my 2nd product.
To do this, i had to manually add 350 customers into my wordpress membership site (secured by S2 member) - by adding users inside of wordpress and emailing their login details from within the 'Users' option in wordpress.
It now appears that even though i was only sending a logins for complimentary access to product 2, I am now having trouble sending to hotmail/live/msn addresses.
The weird thing is, when someone purchases product 2, they have no problem receiving the automated login details from wordpress.
I have opened a ticket with GoDaddy, as that is what the Microsoft page said to do, but has anyone either had a) experience of this or b) have a work around to get past this?
It is quite important as when I receive an enquiry from a customer through my domain names email address, I cannot even reply to them
