Wondering About Music Liscensing for Offline/ Online Media?
I'm thinking of marketing it towards small media companies for a set amount based on how many times per month/ year it is expected to be used.
I'm not sure where to start though... would it be wise to contact them via email? There's the issue of gatekeepers to get through also. There's also exclusive and non-exclusive right prices to determine too if needed.
Would it be a good idea to "test the waters" by putting some of it up for sale at one of those royalty free sites? I feel I'd be competing with too many other people and wouldn't be able to carve a niche out at one of those sites.
Guidance and feedback is appreciated.
