So, how many WSOs have you bought?

I just did a count of all the IM products I have bought including WSOs, which I keep in a spreadsheet (so I don't accidentally buy them twice!) and it is over 800 if you include domain names, otos, hosting etc.

Yet it was not till I actually made a product that everything came together. It gave me focus finally. That focus was on my prospects. And targeting them (and taking action to do that) was the final piece that made it all come together.

You will never know the objections you are going to get until you talk to your prospects. You can do the research first for sure (like many courses teach you) but without an actual product to try to sell, I found it just too difficult to concentrate.

If you spent 3 months concentrating on 1 product, then tried your very best to sell it, you will learn tons more than buying more WSOs.

Once you have a few sales, you can get back on to the shiny new object mill again and enjoy the experience without going into debt.

Anyone here bought more than 800? (mine was over a two year period).

I always wait for 'honest' reviews on the WSO's to appear on the WWW I'm interested in. Not the over-hyped responses from other folks in the WSO thread.
Therefore I haven't purchased any WSO's for quite a while as they are all at present not worth the bandwidth in downloading.
Shame, there used to be some good stuff on this forum.

I bought tons of WSO's when I first started, now I tend to be more astutue when I evaluate what to purchase. I've got to see a long term gain if I'm going to purchase.

Of course there is. I have purchased about 50 in five years. Some for education, some for money, some it turned out for a quick laugh. I have made good money off of these products. They are hit and miss for sure, but really you are usually only spending like $9 so just buy some. I am sure you will learn something from all of them.
I bought one last month and made $65 since with almost no effort. It all depends on you and your level of commitment to success online. Just like anything really.

I buy products and services I feel fit in with my business needs, the most important factor I look at is will this save me some time and effort, if the answer is yes then Im usually in but over the last few months I have encountered a fair few that were abandoned later, little or no support and no answers to emails.

Most are decent people but I tend to look for established warriors, if I see someone with 40 posts I have to wonder if they are really serious about sticking around.

I've probably bought 50 or more, 99% of which were underpriced for what I got. Excellent WSOs. It all depends on what you're looking for and how you buy. I normally buy from people in the forum that I like and trust ... from their signatures. I rarely ever am unhappy with a WSO.

Don't know exactly how many WSO products I've purchased. I think the number may be at around 30 or so. As far as overall IM products - don't know the exact number either. But I do know I've spent way more than $10K.

I have purchased few WSOs till date. Most of them related to traffic building and make money niche. But I must say they are maximum useless. So now I am bit more selective.

Any WSO is worthless if it sits on your hard drive collecting dust. (full disclosure, I have a few sitting on mine) What I try do do is, if I think that a WSo fits into what I'm currently working on, or what I plan on working on in the very near future, I will get it. What WSOs are most useful, imo, is to shorten the learning curve.

Wow, there is a big market for WSOs. I think I bought one or two many moons ago. I don't think I have even visited that section in years. 800 WSOs ... I sure hope you have put one or two into action. If not you can always start a new 12 step group:

WSOs have really helped me grow my business in a big way & I've lost count on the amount I've invested in over the years.

Like QuantaunTiger said, I always pull some value out of the content unless it's strait up garbage and helping my business expand for $10 is well worth.

I've also started creating my own WSOs and its great to see other Warriors prosper, make more money, and become successful...that's what the community is about right?

No offense to the OP but if you have purchased over 800 WSO products, whether that includes domains, hosting, etc or not, you seriously need to take a step back and re-evaluate things. You need to clear your hard drive of all the rubbish and clutter and start again. Believe it or not, all those products are taking up valuable space in your head and will continue to until you just delete them.

This also tells me you have wasted a LOT of time AND money. There's just no need or excuse to be buying that much stuff. It's going to get you absolutely nowhere. Your buying pattern tells me the main obstacle you really need to overcome is yourself. I bet I could take any one of those products you have and make them work and start earning money for me. I can say that with confidence because I know the REAL key to success is the doing part... not the learning. In most cases the best learning is done as you do things.

There comes a time when you have to stop learning and start earning. Unsubscribe from all those useless lists you are on immediately. You need to remove any and all temptation. Focus on one business model and keep going until you make it work. Do not buy anything for the next month and do just that. You'll accomplish much more over the next month than you have in your whole online 'career'.

Or you can continue doing what you are already doing and come back and tell us you've purchased 1600 WSO's in a couple of years time. If you don't change things now then that's exactly what will happen.

To be perfectly honest I do admire you for posting this thread. I would be far too ashamed to admit I had bought that much stuff.

I never bought "money making course" WSOs cos' I know all of them are recycled crap.

On the other hand, I like buying plugins, themes, graphics and case study WSOs. For me, they offer long time value and can really help me developing websites and businesses.

I ve purchased multiple WSO's so far related to Fiverr Business, IM planning & so on that helped me with great deal of learning about several niches to capture while doing online businesses.

I recently moved to work on more than once market segments just coz these WSO enabled me to explore such markets in a very less time frame. Great Information resoruce for all those Warriors who are eager to learn...

No many mate, and mostly not from the WSO section. I'd rather spend that money on a service, or simply outsourcing something.

But I do have to say, knowledge is good. But action is better.

Over the years, I have probably purchased between 30-50. I have to say they ALL taught me something or gave me a cool tip or perspective that I didn't have. The price is always great too!

I'm a big fan of the WSO. If it wasn't for that forum, I would have lost soooo many more hours running around googling stuff on the internet. They definitely saved me time, money and headaches.

    I buy a fair amount but 800 over 2 years , that's a problem !

I don't take much notice of reviews to be honest as I have bought many with rave reviews and then been underwhelmed to say the least. In contrast I have bought a few that seem to have slow sales and they have been great. Sometimes it's all in the marketing as some of the salesletters are better than the products !

I still have WSO's sitting unopened on my laptop and that's also a problem !

I agree, some of the best WSO's I ever bought were the ones that were going unnoticed and had slow sales.
