Are Offervault conversions bad?

I am considering signing up to Offervault. I am very familiar with Clickbank so i am wondering does Offervault work on the same principal with regard to enticing people in?
Are these leads difficult to get though, is there a bad conversion rate or what is it? Why i am wondering this is because the payout is quiet high for leads, in fact very high on certain offers. So how can they payout that much for an email address giving by a visitor? Am i missing something?

    You are missing a lot.

    Offervault is not an affiliate program like CB. It is simply a collection of offers from many different affiliate programs.

    You have to join the affiliate program that is running the offer you want to promote.

    Leads payouts can be very high as a qualified lead is worth a lot in the long run. I might pay you $25 dollars for a qualified lead that will end up making me hundreds or thousands.

    Conversions depend on the market the offer and the quality of traffic you send to it.
