Anyone With Experience Capturing MLM Leads?

I was wondering if anyone on this forum has had any success capturing leads for network marketing businesses on the internet? I'm starting to brainstorm ideas on ways to capture highly-qualified leads for an already successful MLMer, but would love to hear anyone's advice whose either been successful or attempted this in the past.

If anyone has experience I'd love to hear your insights! Thanks!

(PS: I already know the basics of internet marketing: I'll know how to build a landing page, give free bonus, etc to capture leads so no need to explain basic internet marketing tactics.)

Since you already know the basics, maybe you can try a survey-type format for people interested in bizopps/make money from home. Good leads that I have bought in the past are fresh and were from a site that used a survey and asked specific questions used to qualify the prospect.

They would need to fill the survey in before they can get to the freebie you are offering.

    Just an idea...

How are the basics working for you you? Sometimes it is best to keep it simple and stick to the basics.

Have you tried split testing different text options to see what works for you? For me, lead generation is similar no matter what industry you are working in, you just need to optimise the tactics for your business.

For example, how are you driving traffic? Google? Facebook? Multiple traffic sources?

How good is your freebie? Do you send a regular newsletter to remain front of centre in your prospects mind? What is your email open rate? Are people clicking on links?

For me, if you can't measure it you can't improve it.

I have done this and it is easier to just buy them. But what I really discovered is that the leads never worked over time. Sure I sponsored some of the leads and I even had my own landing pages etc. But it took more time than it was worth.

I was a top 10 earner in the company I was in and it had zero percent to do with the leads I bought or received through my sites.

I still have tons of freebies and giveways to grab the leads. The materials were so good other MLM'ers started to grab them and re-purpose them for their own use.

Can you please give me some advice there to buy leads? I did a lot google search, and whatever I manage to find, after I do research of that offer seems to be scam. I'm using PTSU now ( Clicksia, incentria, Cashnhits, and some smaller sites ) but it gives me very very low quality leads who just want to make 5-10 cents for singup. As expected.

I get a lot of leads from Craigslist. I get calls or emails almost everyday from my craigslist ads.

I do not like MLM as I had very bad experience with it. And the people around me do not have any love for MLM, I think people are now more conscious and you should think about it before investing so many time.

Actually after certain time the MLM company just disappear so I personally hate to involved with MLM....

P.S. It is my personal opinion regarding MLM

Understanding you clearly expressed the above was 'your personal opinion' - there are actually legit mlm's out there that have stood the test of time.

For example; Avon, Mary Kay, Mona Vie, Amway Global, and some others. 'Yes" the good ones are far and few between.

Most people "scream" pyramid scheme the minute you mention a multi-level marketing pitch... and think you're diseased or something. I believe it's similar to what we do... Internet marketing/affiliate marketing is NOT usually well received by those 'outside' the scope of 'proper marketing online' - because they are ignorant, and assume it's all a scam.

Truth be told, Amway changed my life some 23 years ago. And while I never really did too much in Amway (*I was 17 years old) - I did have an "eye-opening" revelation that led to my self-employment by age 18.

To the OP, depending upon the 'type' of mlm, the quality and value of their products (*if there even is any) - Do a simple business card or cheap flyer with your "Too-Good-To-Pass-Up-Offer" (*URL) and link directly to a video squeeze page that offers visitors the "What's-In-It-For-Me?" answers 'if' they opt-in.

      I never used Survey Monkey, but I hear many marketers have had great success learning what their audience wants. So you could pick 3 most relevant issues people have, and ask them;

      - Would You Like to Have More Free Time to Enjoy Life?

      - Have You Reached Your Financial Goals?

      - Can You Afford 10 Minutes Per Day to Watch a Video?

[Go to http......... for more information]

Not sure how good the CTR would be, but if you plaster these flyers/cards all over parking lots, colleges, unemployment offices, business parks, etc... I imagine the ROI could be pretty good. Naturally, don't do it where you can get in any real trouble, after all...you're just advertising, lol.

When I was in mlm, I had my greatest success the old fashioned way... talking to people, and passing out business cards... but that was before I got into the internet.

Ya i bought leads once before about a year ago for an mlm company and I can tell you that they are not high quality at all. My advice would be instead of generating leads online and leading with a pitch to your mlm you should have a low-end product that they can buy that will help them build their business, then on the back end after you build a relationship you can see if your mlm is right for them. If you want to know what offer im using for as my low priced lead offer then send me a pm or add me on skype and we can discuss.

Do a search on free classified ads. You'll notice that many of them are opportunity seekers. These are people who will often jump to the next hot opportunity. So if you're offering something hot... Good luck.

I started promoting instant payday network which was designed as a segue into empower network. I have posted details about my experience using solo ads and I also talked to someone in a mastermind group who said they were making $700 per month just by having her site ranked first for one of the low competition keywords. A lot of people have mentioned that youtube is great, but I think if you are promoting EN your videos probably face good competition since their blogs rank so high. I'm not sure what it's going to take to rank for those keywords. I'm going to try to rank as high as I can and see what the numbers are, I'm also keeping track of all my stats on my blog of traffic and my tests with a solo ad provider. It's slow going for now because it takes time to rank the site and it takes money for the solo ads. I can also imagine that social media is a great way to go, I've noticed a lot of people starting private groups on facebook for MLMs to help coach their downlines

There are 2 ways to go in MLM. One is the old school method with buying leads and pestr your friends and family. You lead with you business off upfront. This is highly ineffcient. Hey do you want to go into business with me? 500$ and you do not know me or what I can do. The leads you buy do not know who you are and that is the problem. If they wanted to be in MLM they would have looked for one.

The other method is the Mike Dillard Magnetic Sponsoring where there focus is building YOU Inc. (you the business)and educate the interested people in proper marketing. You never buy the leads, you attract the leads. They come to you. You lead with you upfront and the business on the backend. Building the relationships and trust in that process.

Me myself are using Dillards methods and I do have my own nervecenter ready to go. To me IM and MLM is the same kind of methods traffic wise when you set it up the proper way. It is still building a site and a list but educating people not selling them CB products and the like. Products that really matter.

I give away 100 opportunity seeker leads daily for each and every person that needs them. They are not over-sold, nor are they simply scraped from popular internet sources. These are spillover leads from larger voice broadcasting and email campaigns.

Rather than spamming the thread with my link, you can message me for details or simply look at my signature link for more.

I can tell you that used properly, the lead capture pages and leads that I give you will produce results.

squeeze page something for free in the make money online niche. focus on the keyword residual income and as they opt in reddirect them to your mlm if it clearly sells residual income aspect of it. if not create a presell page about your mlm and presell on the residual income aspect of the company with a "Click here for more information" hypertext link to your mlm at the bottom of the page
