Paypal Refund from India - Help Me please

Hi,
I am from india. I made few sales as an affiliate with warrior plus account.
Now one of the buyer asking for refund. I am not able to refund from paypal refund option.

As per indian govt regulations daily paypal amount is withdrawn automatically to my bank account. There is no way to stop it. My paypal balance is zero now.

Also there is no option to transfer fund from my bank account to paypal.

I hope some of you have met the same problem. Please help me to refund the money.

    Are you send payments through paypal?

    Rather than refunding, maybe you can send a payment instead. Or does your bank have email transfer?

    Not too sure that is a sticky situation.

      Yes, I can send it directly to the buyer. But this sale was made through warrior plus account. So even if i pay directly , the refund notification link won't be removed. I have also contacted paypal.

      A crooked buyer will accept your payment, then push for the refund also. And since you sent money as opposed to refunding payment, you won't be able to fight it.

        He can`t simply ignore the refund, it`s not ok for a business.. can`t you just talk to the buyers, see what`s wrong and set something up directly with him ?

          I was not able to send refund from warrior plus interface.
          I sent refund directly from my account to the buyers email.
          Then i contacted warrior plus admin that i have made the refund with proof.
          I requested them to remove "refund" link from that particular transaction. But the admin refused to remove the link for some time. Probably they removed after 3 months.
          If you dont have proper communication with warriorplus admin, you are at the risk of loosing your warrior plus account for not sending refund.

          There is another option i found later was to ask the paypal to send the refund. But this will not save warrior plus account.

    When there is will, There is NO way to slip!

    All you need is a credit card or a debit card.

    ( if you don't just send the money and ask the buyer to close the dispute from the Paypal)

    2. Click on the dispute as it is already opened and click grand full refund.

    PayPal will ask you to fund your PayPal account , That's it , Just click pay via debit or credit card from india and Follow the instructions.

    The buyer will get the refund in 2 to 3 days and The dispute will be deleted.

    Hope it helps as I'am also from india and Ii always work for me!

    I think there are plenty of points that are ignored or not considered here. Correct me if I am wrong.

    First of all, any refunds made should be accounted for in our warrior plus user account and if there is a split-sharing for any sale between the affiliate and the product creator the refund has to be split-shared as well, if I am right.

    So, it only gets complicated for the product creator when it comes to refunding for warriors holding India paypal account since we cannot hold any money in our paypal account to refund from.

    The Best option is to attach a Credit Card.

    In case if you dont have a credit card - Use a Virtual Credit card from HDFC bank or SBI.

    The issue is Solved !

      PayPal rejects Debit Cards from Indian banks (I think no Problem with HDFC & ICICI Cards). So it is better to apply for credit card that suitable to you!.. Only the solution you have

    In India, you need a credit card (Or known debit card) to refund or pay money throught paypal. Easy as that!

    But as per the rule if you did not refund ( or the refund status is not removed in warrior-plus ) they can ban you after 48 hours. I wonder when you say they allow you three months, Anyways its good that problem is solved.

    In my case i got two more sale on that day. As soon as I got some balance in my paypal , I refund through warrior plus. Problem solved

      M, If you are lucky enough you can do this with your paypal balance with the sales made on that day.
      In my case i got two more sale on that day. As soon as I got some balance in my paypal , I refund through warrior plus. Problem solved

      Paypal really sucks in India , there are many options disabled for Indians.Especially refunding is a major problem here.I happened with me in 2009 when a client asked for refund of $500 ,he created paypal dispute as well .I paid him through my other client in Canada as there was no option left for me except suicide.

      My only advice to online services providers from India ,please create proper invoice of services along with terms and conditions before taking any payment through paypal .It will really help you in case of disputes .

        NO, They dont allow 3 months to refund. I sent refund directly from paypal and i showed my refund transaction id within 24 hours. Otherwise i should have last my account as you said. After they verified the refund they took 3 months to remove the refund link in the account. I am not sure why they dont remove immediately.

          Now i am seeing "Issue Refund" button in my paypal account.
          Did anyone note this?
          I hope now we can refund from warriorplus refund link.
          But i am not sure how paypal can handle the refund while there is no paypal balance.
          Please share your experience.

      Yes, warriorplus link goes to paypal. But for more than one year there was no "Issue Refund" button not available for indian paypal users. Now it has come back again. I hope now you will get it. Once you send refund warrior plus notification also will be removed automatically.

      Technically you are right , WarriorPlus should check it.
      In case of JVZOO doesn't allow us to sell a product as vendor. We can be a affiliate there but now its sellers choice to put us on delayed payment or not.

      Its a technical problem from PayPal , they may solve it in near future like other many issues.

      I am now focusing on affiliate programs who provide ACH with with local bank transfer (EFT ) like Clickbank and which affiliate programs allows Payoneer

        Hello Kishore,
        You know onething? Reserve bank also banned using Payoneer cards.
        I used to receive at least $1000 a month using payoneer card. 2 years back. RBI
        blocked that too. RBI always crushes the small business people like us. I hate RBI.

    As long as I remember i see "Issue Refund" button from starting time of my PayPal. But what I experience is that, though you click on issue refund it doesn't go to your payment source like ( CC / Debit Card). You must have PayPal balance.

    Let me know if anybody able to refund through CC or debit card.

    Mostly problem is not PayPal , problem is with using Indian PayPal + instant payment platform which allows you instant payment where you have liability to refund the money in case refund request.
    If we get payments in PayPal from any CPA network where you don't have to worry about refund then do we have any problem ?

    Mostly affiliate programmer which uses Payoneer pays you after refund period when you don't have to worry about refund.

    You need to follow the below steps as suggested to me by Paypal India:

    1. Call up Paypal India and tell them that you need to make refund.
    2. They will then tell you to make a new transaction ( same amount ) towards the person to whom you need to issue refund.
    3. You go ahead and make the transaction and then update Paypal.
    4. Since you just made a new transaction, Paypal would then immediately credit you back the fees which you incurred towards the new transaction and would treat this as refund.
    5. You need to inform the person ( to whom you just issued refund this way ) that it was suggested by Paypal India and he needs to contact the Paypal at his side and then they would credit him back the receiving fees which he incurred ( if any ).

    This simple solution was given by Paypal few days back since as per India Govt regulations money cannot be stored in Paypal India account and it withdraws automatically.

    It worked.
