Blogging Query

I have registered to some news/update sites of healthcare industry, now i want to upload some blogs to their blog section, problem is, i cannot find any link or tab to upload anything, (except for "post a comment" on existing one).
Faced this problem on many of the sites where they keep blogs.
Please do let me know the solution.

    What "news" site are you referring to? Why are you trying to upload a blog to their blog section? I've never heard of anything like this before. Perhaps someone else can jump in and inform me of what you're trying to do and why.

    Try explaining you problem again, trying to upload a blog onto a blog seems strange.

    You didn't really give us enough info here.
    Are you using Wordpress?
    Do you mean you have a website and want to attach a blog to it? If this is what you mean attach it with a subdomain and install Wordpress on that.

    You can add a sub-domain in your hosting cPanel, you might name it 'blog' so the url would be yoursite.com/blog/
