I think this is one of the faster way to make your first money online

I think Solo Ads is one of the faster way to make your first moneyonline, especially for newbie who struggle and never make any money online before.

Normally I find good solo ads from warrior forum and safe swap, they give me higher conversion.

But, you should have you own squeeze page (with valuable free offer) which can capture email list, after they sign up you can make a onetime offer for affiliate product.

In this case, you probable can earn some instant money from one time offer products, and cover back the solo ads investment, and for long term, you able to generate a good amount of subscribers list, so can sell over and over again, but always remember provide valuable content.

What do you think? Do you have a better suggestion for more easier and faster method to make the first money online?

Thanks!

It's an excellent place to start but you should never put all of your eggs in one basket. as the traffic source becomes ever more saturated it'll lose it's effectiveness just like any other traffic source.

Take dotcomsecrets for example a lot of the big boys have stopped doing solo ads for this offer because so many people are trying to promote it. You should always have a few traffic sources in you bag of tricks in case one dries up you're not dead in the water.

Yes, agree. I think is best to get traffic from a few different places, personally I prefer paid traffic, free traffic very slow most of the time and need put more effort.

        Hi Steve,

Also, would like give me a list of solo ad providers?

        Thanks much.

Solo ads is a shortcut as compared to building your own list. If you build your own list and establish a relationship with your subscribers by sending them good content over a period of time they will be much more valuable than doing solo ads. The reason being that you can sell to them over and over again. It does take time and effort but its is well worth it in the end.

Solo ads is undoubtedly fast but more expensive in the end.

Hi Parry, yes, it is expensive, but if you have a good solo ads seller, plus you have a good offer as backend, sometimes you might able cover back most of your investment and get subscribers, and you can use the list over and over again

You can drop a lot of cash quick with solos if you don't know what you're doing. It is key to always be testing your squeeze pages and have a great freebie. Yes, definitely have a good offer after signup to recoup your solo ad expense. If you can get to the point of recouping your solo ad cost or better then you're golden. Drive as much traffic to that squeeze page as you can.

    But remember....ALWAYS be testing!

Solo ads basically is you look for some one who have a good amount of email list and in the similar niche like you.

Then you just request they send an email for you (In this case, should be your squeeze page free offer), and if his email subscribers like what you offer, they might sign up to be your subscribers.

Of cause, you should deal with the solo ads seller with best price for the guarantee clicks on your email.

If you are in the make money niche, you can come to warrior Joint Venture section look for more reliable solo ads seller. Alternatively, you can go to safe swap.

solo ads do work well but you do need to make sure you know what your doing

you need a half decent sales funnel set up with a good free offer along with a very good OTO which should be worth way more than what your selling it for

your oto`s are where you will get some of your money back and then your upsells really increase your profits

i have tested over 50 solo ads and i have found that the most expensive solo ads are not always the best

i have had best results with all solo ads which i paid around $35 - $50 for 100 - 200 clicks

also the best prices that i have found work the best for the OTO are between $5 - $11 and also giving a $1 trial for your membership as the OTO site works like gangbusters

Solo ads are just one part of the equation.

Who owns the list? How was it built? Or, where did the subscribers come from? Freebies?
What countries are the emails from?
    How fresh is the list?
    What category or target niche?
Is there independent tracking of the clicks?
Is there guaranteed number of clicks?
Is there a small lower price sample to test out first?

    What's your sales funnel like?
    What's your Unique Selling Point?
    Does it convert?
    Are you testing and tweaking?
Do you have a way to move your buyers to a separate list?

There's a lot more, but just some of the stuff to consider. Remember, marketing is all about testing and retesting. Limit your budget until you find a decent ROI. Then ramp it up.

If the solo ads come from a reputable imer you have no problems but then the cost is higher.

How much is a real email worth to you. I like to get by on 1.00 per real email, real buyer too.

I would actually say to get a list of a 1,000 will cost about five hundred dollars. I have never broken it down. But I really never make much money on solo ads starting out. I do one solo for a free product and upsell x 1 no matter what, since I hate multiple upsells.
I use different solo ad vendors and safe swap. My upsell is usually a 9.97 product and sometimes a 4.97 product and I have did a 1.97 product which does exceptionally well.

I know I will get flack from this, but don't knock it till you try it. I bought solo ads before they were called solo ads. bought spaces from Internet marketers to mail for me.

I use a lot of different vendors, some are crap and some are good.

Just find a solo vendor and type in google has anyone tried blank blank and you will usually get a good idea.

    Hi,

Yes SoloAds are certainly a good way to make money online. As you say you very much need to capture these leads on your own squeeze page. Thus you have a relatively high likelihood of earning money directly from the mail out and then subsequently from your GROWING list!

    cheers, Patrick

Steve, Yes Solo Ads are really good way to get quality and targeted traffic and we can start to make money online but not only make money, we also build our list and we can upsell them or promote our recommended products in the future. I also want to start build my list from now on but still stuck in the sales funnel. I have seen many sales funnel and need to decide what sales funnel will works for me. I know I have to try to know which sales funnel will works for me and I will start it as soon as I confidence enough. :-)

There are lots of way to build traffic and one of the quickest way is solo ads. However, we need to diversify our activities that drive traffic such as articles, blogs, video blogs, forum etc...

However, if you have the capital to invest, I would go for solo ads like what Steve Lim suggested.

The fastest way to make money online in my opinion is to offer a service like article writing (if you are good at writing). Then reinvesting that income into building an email list of subscribers in a niche that buys information, then create a relationship with your list and sell them information products that would solve their problems. Solo Ads is just a traffic generation method. I think instead of looking for the quick buck, newbies should focus on the getting first the fundamentals right to build an online business.

    My 2 cents

I agree with Paul. The best results I've had with solo ads have come from a $40/125-click solo ad.

Have always received high conversions and over delivery....awesome!

I've tried maybe 2 ad swaps in my life.......can't stand them! lol

    Have a great day.

How can I use solo ads in my websites?
    {{ DiscussionBoard.errors[6722993].message }}

A solo ad is meant to help you get a list of emails.. You need a squeeze page with a free product and thats not totally necessary but it helps. Then you need a free product.

You design a email to tell people about your free product, to get your free product they need to click a link which will put them on your autoresponder which in turn will send them the link to the free product.

Not good at explaining things but hope you understand.
