Help needed on keyword analysis

hi,
can anyone do an analysis for this keyword? My website is on page 23 of google? How hard is it to rank on first page?

    It would probably not too difficult, however it only gets 30-40 searches monthly. If I where you I would search for another keyphrase that gets more exact match search volume.

    before you choose a keyword and build the site around it you have to check the compettition on the 1st page of Google,
    i do that with Traffic Travis,
    if you see a lot of domains with PR higher than 3 and more than 300 backlinks, then the competition is fierce and you have to choose abother keyword,
    what you can do now is buy some high quality backlinks and add more articles,
    make sure the content of the articles is original,
    you should see quick results
