Does anyone faces "CAPTCHA phrase does not match" problem in the Help Desk?

Hi All Warriors,

I hope that I am posting in the right section.

Can I know does anyone faces any problem with the CAPTCHA when trying to create a ticket in the Warrior Forum Help Desk?

I have tried creating ticket on IE, Firefox and Chrome but it still shows me the "CAPTCHA phrase does not match" problem. There is no way that I can create a ticket for it.

Please advise as I have paid for one subscription already but it is not activated. This is the reason why I would like to create a ticket to get their help but it does not seem to be working.

    Hi All,

    I would like to apologized in advance first if it is double posting.

    Doesn't any of you all faces problem when trying to create ticket in the Warrior Forum helpdesk? I have ask 3 of my other friends to try and they cannot create the ticket too.

    Can I know is there any other way to contact their support team as I have paid for a subscription already but it has not been activated for 72 hours?

    Please don't misunderstand as I am not complaining as I just would like some assistance in my issue.

    Hi Zack, I discovered what the problem is because I had this problem for the past 3 months. I finally resolve it. I used a different proxy to login and it worked. It looks like my existing IP had been blocked most likely because my system was infected by spybots. I did the test just yesterday and today too. As long as I am login by my usual IP, I will never be able to resolve the Captcha. To confirm my suspicion, there was another helpdesk from another service and the same problem regarding the captcha happened. So what I did was I activated my proxy and then I did the verification and it worked immediately the first attempt. I will be writing to the Warrior helpdesk to ascertain whether my IP is on its blocked list.
