Monetizing Expired Domains

Hi ,

I wanted to know strategies behind monetizing expired domains - does it make sense to rebuild the expired site? Is it better to just park the domain?

Appreciate any feedback.

I think if the domain is good enough to motivate you to create a successful site, then I'd rebuild it

If the domain doesn't seem good enough, then I'd park it

And if you decide to park it / them, there are many parking companies, you should choose the best one

I have about 60 domains and testing 2 companies from about 3 days ago, as I don't want to show any public favoritisim right now I'll pm you the name companies I'm using, but I knew about them after reading a couple of post at namepros, also you could go there to draw your own conclusion

If I were you I would have parked it..and if the domain is not hit by any Google update then you can rebuild it.
