Are there any Wordpress plugins that reward customer loyalty and/or allow for unique code creation?

I feel like there have been a ton of new wordpress plugin announcements coming through my inbox these days - and am now kicking myself for not paying attention to them more closely....
I have a client that is looking to completely relaunch online marketing efforts. They have a physical, tangible product - not anything that can be electronically downloaded. While brainstorming, we've come up with a few ideas that should help kick-start things, including:
1. some sort of customer reward program - so a way that customers can be rewarded for perhaps sharing the company socially, commenting on a blog post, etc.
2. a pseudo affiliate program - instead of launching a full fledged affiliate program right off the bat, we want to launch something internally so that we can work out all the kinks. The idea would be to perhaps have a way to generate custom codes for all sales reps so that we can start tracking who is generating results... and who is falling flat. Once we've successfully worked out all the bugs, running an affiliate program would be up next.
In addition, I am thinking that a way to set up autoshipping makes sense. I know that Paypal allows for subscriptions to be set up. My client is currently not accepting payments via Paypal. Are there other payment processors that do the same? If so, am definitely interested in hearing more...
Thanks in advance fellow Warriors for all your help! You guys rock!
