How Do You Build an Army of Super Affiliates for a Clickbank Product?

Hi Warriors, hope that you are doing great.

I have posted a similar question before but I just wanted to get a little more clarity.

What are the best sites to use in order to build an affiliate army for my clickbank products. I have posted here in the WF affiliate section and on JVNotify pro.

Are there any good sites where affiliates hang out where I can present them with my products to potentially sell?

I've gotta be honest, this side is tough and I've been a vendor for a while but just need a little helping hand in growing a good network of affiliates.

Thanks in advance!

Jerry

    Go to JV.Notify Pro!

This site will give you an idea of what other product creators do when they want to attract Big Gun Affiliates to their product lauches.

I tend to see them offering big cash bonuses for the best selling affiliates etc.

Hopefully you can get some idea of what needs to be done.

Hope this helps and have a great day!

Jvnotifypro, Joint ventures section of the Warriorforum and networking with other product vendors. For me, networking has been the most effective.

Hi Jerry, I think there are two distinct aspects to it. One relates to "where you go to find them"/"how you promote to them", and since I'm not a vendor I can't say anything about that (though many others here obviously can and will).

The other, about which I can comment as a fairly high-selling affiliate, is equally important: you need - above all else - to have a product and especially a sales page which doesn't include any of the things that are going to make "top affiliates" say "no" instinctively before looking at the fine detail, because there's something strikingly off-putting about it.

It sounds so obvious, I know, but I think it's where many people go wrong.

Things that don't pass an affiliate's "instinctive assessment criteria" are going to cause a quick rejection.

We all have our own criteria, of course, but I think among the serious, pro-affiliates there's actually a great deal of overlap. For myself, just as an example, it would be anything immediately falling foul of the things I've listed here: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post2161932 .

    Good luck with your product!

First of all you have to understand that "super affiliates" will not promote anything and everything under the sun just because you send them an email and offer them a bigger commission.

The first thing they'll want to see is a professional looking sales page. The second most important thing will be your conversions.

You have to show them some stats. You asked about super affiliates, these are people that can generate tens and hundreds of sales for you with a few email promotions. They need to see that the EPC's are there, otherwise they'll promote the dozens of other offers available to them on a weekly basis.

If you really want to attract super affiliates than I suggest you first sell some of THEIR products. This way they'll be more inclined to actually look at your offer from the dozens of promotions they're getting.

    Mike.

you need to network with people and then you end up picking up jv`s

a sales page that has a good epc is very important because no one is going to send there list to a sales page that has an epc of $0.30

a good sales page with good copy is vital if you want to attract lots of affiliates

Having had a few #1 Clickbank products I can say there is NO easy way!

Focus on making sure your product sells!

One of the biggest errors I see people making is just releasing a product to affiliates and hoping that they will be able to generate sales.

Sure you might get some if it is a good affiliate but when the conversion rates are not good they will drop it.

So YOU need to be able to sell your own product in most cases BETTER than any affiliate to begin with.

Then once your conversion rates are good make sure you are pro-active and seek affiliates out showing proof of conversions etc...

If you can get the top few affiliates in your niche on board you will do well.

I have found across ALL my Clickbank products that the number of affiliates you have, the gravity you have is all purely academic - it is the QUALITY of the affiliates that will make you sales.

    Good Luck!

Super duper affiliates insist on quality products, and an attractive compensation. A competent product description in the marketplace is often quite adequate. Everything else is merely an annoyance.

Submit product to Clickbank and Paydotcom. Submit affiliate program to affiliate program directories. Advertise on Clickbank about your affiliate program. Contact successful affiliates through email directly.

Respectfully, Randall, this won't work at all. If the product's any good and has a good sales page, you'll earn a lot more from ClickBank by not also submitting the product to PayDotCom. From the vendor's perspective, doing this would be limiting yourself to the 90% of affiliates who collectively make only 10% of the sales, at the expense of the other 10% of affiliates who collectively make 90% of the sales.

Pro-affiliates won't use PayDotCom anyway, because on that site they're dependent on the vendor for payment.

Almost no serious, professional ClickBank affiliate is willing to promote a product which also has another sales page on PayDotCom (or elsewhere!), for all the reasons explained in all the threads like this one: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post6249691

To most "super-affiliates", it's going to be absolutely fundamental to check up, before promoting a ClickBank product, that ClickBank is the only place it's for sale.

Focus on building a higher epc by split testing the sales page, adding upsells and continuity programs, plus reducing refunds is important. Then you can outsource and recruit someone to go all over the internet to find affiliates for you. Once you have a couple of successful affiliates you can create success stories to sell future affiliates as well.
