Virtual Workers, assistants, general
Some wonder how I do so much in a short time and I have to say if it was not for my virtual workers that I would get nothing done.
A virtual worker can be a real assest, they can also be a headache.
I have learned to go very cheap at first, if they work out I give them
plenty of raises to please them but not to fast, like one every two weeks
to keep them motivated.
What can a virtual worker do.
You can hire a general assistant who can do alot of things but is not proficient in anything.
You can hire a seo expert or a webmaster, there are endless virtual assistants out there. I like to hire Philippians, they seem to be the lowest priced, the ones that want to please me the most and the hardest workers.
They can even build lists for you do your autoresponders for you, answer emails, you can hire ones that will answer your phone for you. Do your online shopping and so forth, I really prefer the general virtual assistants with a little experience in everything opposed to the experts, unless Im trying to rank a great website.
I have hired virtual workers for as low as 30 dollars a week, that has been over five years ago and prices are going up. I can still get one for about sixty though. I always go cheap at first because some of these can be flakes but I'm willing to raise them and I have paid as much as 500 a month for one.
Here is what you need to look at, can the virtual worker be online at your time of day, this is always almost a yes, they will fit there schedule to yours.
Can they do the tasks involved with minimum supervision, can they they learn things on there on.
My biggest problem one time is I wanted someone to finish building and run a website, the website was done in profits themes, this is not a easy membership site to learn. I paid probably three weeks pay just for them to get the hang of it.
Anyways you can hire part time full time ect. I would say go for about 2.00 hour to start but don't put 2 bucks an hour in the description, ask for about 30 hours a week and get bids from 40 to 80 dollars. This will get you plenty of bids. Make sure they have unlimited internet and are not hampered by a limited plan. Internet can cost a fortune overseas.
