Importing to Autoresponder

Hey guys,

Having a bit of a dilema here..

I stopped email marketing sometime last year due to family commitments, but had built up a list of 49,000.

Now I am struggling to get these into any auto responder, can anyone reccomend a service? Or software to run on my Raspberry Pi by any chance ha?

I have signed up to Imnica Mail again but after I signed up I was told they have a new policy they can only import 5000 emails per week, then after your trial ends they will add the rest. Now I am just worried I will not make enough cash to cover the cost of the autoresponder due to the delays.

Any advice I would appreciate it, I just want to get started again!

Thanks

Josh

    Josh,

That policy is almost 2 years old now.

Your list is OLD, so, you will not only have tons of bounces, but, you will ALSO have a TON OF SPAM complaints, as virtually none of those subscribers will remember you.

Because of this, even on our service, you will most probably get banned towards the end of your trial because of HIGH bounces and spam complaints.

Your best bet is to get your own VPS account, and run something like ARP3, and do a re-engagement campaign.

A BETTER plan is to just dump the list and start over. It will be much less hassle and headache.

ANY option is going to take time and money.

There is NO quick fix at all.

      Richelo,

Strange because I had an account only last year and this policy was not in force then because I imported roughly 10k of emails.

I will look into other options..

      Cheers

    Hey,

I think Mr. Killian has a strong point about a fresh start but 49,000 is a lot to give up.

If and only if you can separate the bounce emails from the good ones check out: http://elasticemail.com

Their pricing is amazing and it becomes lower as you gain credibility for no spam complaints as well as low bounce rates. Definitely check it out!

If I come be a service that helps you separate the two I'll let you know! I looked but no luck yet...

    Take care,
    Ryan

      Hey Ryan,

Yes it is a lot to give up, obviously I would have lost some so this service looks perfect.

How are they with importing emails? Some of my emails unfortunately show "Manual Import" from imnica so I am hoping there is no issue with that.

      Thanks again Ryan

    Hey,

Most ESPs, including aweber, getresponse or mailchimp will not allow you to import lists because its bit old.

We have better complaint tolerance so we would allow you to import. PM me if you are interested.

Just take a look at "atomic email studio". All you need is vps/dedicated server, it can auto detect the server SMTP settings.

You'll get 9 modules in this package.
