Hostgator Suspended Page Errors

Hi All

Im having problems with a domain name of mine that is hosted with Host Gator and has wordpress installed on it. Why does it say this in bold:

http://mydomain.info/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi

If anyone has any idea on what the problem might be or has experienced this problem, i would appreciate your response.

    Your account/domain has been suspended; you need to get in touch with Hostgator.

    I am guessing you haven't paid your bill, or maybe you broke their terms of service? Either way, it would have been much faster using the live chat on the hostgator website.

      Thanks for the response ya'll but I dont think that is the case, and this is why:

      My main domain name is still working perfectly and this error is happening on an ADD-ON domain name .

    An addon domain can be suspended as well, most likely one of 2 reasons:

    1. high resource usage

    2. TOS violation
