To embed youtube vids just put the url on it's own line, nothing else.

Yeah, this is a great idea. You need to highlight more of the features that your product presents to someone who really wants to learn what your product is offering. What makes your product stand out? Does it have more content than similar products out there like it? Is it designed for beginners or experts? You should address all of these questions and more. That would require your video to be a little longer, probably about a minute and a half, but I think that it could be really good for it.

Just experiment with different things and see how it goes.

Definitely address the features and the benefits.

Don't ab afraid to use a human voice to highlight these things. I'm seeing a trend of marketers not using a voice but instead using on-screen text.

If you want ti use in screen text that's fine but in addition you should be telling me, by voice, how what you're offering is going to benefit me.

    Hi Matt:

Hope you are well today. Let's look at the good side. The music and the graphics were well selected and have a positive energy. Consider two things. Would you want to make 2 videos? The first as you have it (less any changes to talk features/benefits) and the second a bit longer with a voice over. The voice over when done correctly (I can tell you from experience as a former radio disc-jockey and public-speaker) gives you credibility because you now are connecting with your niche as one of them. A real person is behind the product and not a mass generated corporate machine.

If you have the time try to make the video with the voice over. It doesn't matter if you dislike the results and don't use it because you have planted a foundation for the future. The next one will be better and so on. It can never hurt developing a skill and offering two videos to see how they convert.

Have a great day and let us know how you do!

Nicely done video. Good graphics...movement...pleasing and short.

Will it be effective? Well...that's depends on what it is supposed to do and where it will be placed.

For a blog? Probably not as effective as a "review" type video with voice over...

This is not a bad YouTube video to drive traffic to the blog.

But I agree with others that a voice over would be better. Some videos don't really need it (like your excellent Warrior Forum "underwater" clip!)

This one I think could benefit from being slightly longer with audio implementing the suggestions above...

If this is a long term goal/niche I would invest in a real domain, it looks more professional then blog spot.
