First Trick:Odd

One of the tricks to turn you into a prospects magnet is to be odd. In another word
do something that'll make you stand out from the crowd or competition.
If 10 people are attending a party in black shirts, why don't you be ODD by wearing a white shirt?
Don't you think that you'll be different from everyone else and attract the eyes of other people?
Instead of having you to go mix around with the party attendants, you'll have them
approach you in the first place. This is your opportunity to build relationship and add them in your prospects list. How about trying something more extreme? Get yourself a children's toy and bring it with you wherever you go. People may laugh at you but deep in their mind they'll be thinking "Why is he carrying that toy with him? Let's ask him". That's an odd behavior but it'll turn you into a prospect's magnet. This is a technique mentioned by master communication consultant, Leil Lowndess. He call it as "WHATZIT".Carry or wear something unusual that'll trigger anyone to approach you and ask "What's that?".Once people have approached you, use your creativity and link it with your business or products.

Second Trick:Offer Something Free

The word free is almost synonyms to magnet. It'll just attract anyone instantly and suck them
to your offers. Even if the FREE thing that you're offering is not really useful for your prospects,
they'll just accept it because there're not going to lose anything from accepting your free offers.
Ever wondered why most Internet marketers would write small reports and give it for FREE
to their web visitors in exchange of their emails? That's because Internet marketers want to
expand their social network. The same goes to your offline business. When it's FREE automatically people will come and get it without you asking. Give something for free like post cards or greeting cards with your company's name on it in exchange of your prospects emails or home address so that you can send them any direct mails.
