Best way to track clicks?

I have Pretty Link for my affiliate links, but it gets confused by robots so what is a good way to track clicks? I disabled Pretty Links from tracking robots, but it still gets confused. I don't think it does daily stats either.

    I use a 3rd party script which you can download and install on your own server. I do not know if this is what you are looking for but I am pretty satisfy with it in terms of tracking my products and clicks.

    I don't have enough posts to get you the direct link; just google "click counter+phpjunkyard"..

    I'm looking for a good option as well. I tried prosper202 but seems in operable with my host. (bluehost). Not sure why but something to do with them not allowing a script to create a data base on their server. Does this make sense?

      I use bevomedia as my tracking platform. its hosted and on fast amazon servers. then use your host for your landers.
      I find you can do more with bevo as p202 is limited.

    Yes, I'm currently using it with the $77 licence. It's very good, it has many features and you can track your clicks and conversions for each campaign.
