Ideas for Amazon Stuff to sell?

My website/blog is about mental health and criminal justice related topics. With every post I recommend 4 books related to my blog post (using an amazon plugin) but I was wondering are there other items I could recommend, that people might buy? I've read that the suggested products should be related the content on my site but do you agree? Would it make sense to suggest other higher, priced products or does that not work or would it seem out of place? Any ideas on what else I could suggest besides books, given the topic areas of my content?

    Mental Health:
    Self-Help courses - lots of those for sale on Amazon. Books, tapes, DVDs, etc.
    Relaxation and Massage - lots of those for sale too.
    Healthy eating - tons and tons for sale.
    Relationships and Recovery - lots here too.

    Physical products:
    Home spas, bath salts, aromatherapy, detox, etc.

    Criminal Justice:

    Neighborhood watch books
    Self-Defense courses - tons of books, tapes, DVDS

    Physical products:
    Self-Defense weapons like pepper spray, stun guns, knives, etc.

      Thomas, I often do this too. I may even write this into my product reviews as I write. I think we should ALL take lessons from Amazon as they have literally spent millions over the years testing and tweaking their sales system.

      So using what they suggest will normally work very well for any products you are considering promoting on your sites.
