WSO Question: Warrior Plus Vs Going Solo: How Have You Done?

To those who have released WSOs:

Have you used WarriorPlus to get affiliates? and How have you done?

To those who have gone solo, what have you done to build a buzz?

    My latest WSO, I have a Warrior Plus button, a JVZoo button and then on a separate listing, my own DLGuard button.

    I have W+ and JVZoo affiliates. So far all of them combined have made one sale. I've made the rest via the WSO listing and an email to my list.

    Buzz ... I don't worry much about buzz. I just launch my product.

        Well, I'm happy that I'm making sales at the full price of $97 and not splitting it all, but I did expect more affiliate sales since some said they had lists of 10,000 or so. Maybe some haven't started promoting yet, but from the stats, most clearly have. Time will tell. Maybe it will improve, but I am careful who I approve as an affiliate. If I don't know them, I email them first and ask how they intend to promote the offer. I won't name it, but there's a country that I've gotten a lot of requests from and I've denied them all. None responded to my email and none had any posts or sales previously in either program.

      Seems to me you have a good chance of screwing your affiliates, unless they sign up for both Warrior+ and JVZoo.

      But if they sign up for only one and send you traffic, if someone buys from the other service, your affiliate won't get paid.

      I know I wouldn't promote an offer as an affiliate if there were two payment options on the sales page and I only got paid if the customer bought used one of them.

        Well, I've emailed them and discussed this and they are offering bonuses for those who buy from their link but since none of them are actually sending any traffic, I doubt they'll get "screwed." Next time I'll put them on separate listings, but it's not uncommon for an affiliate to offer a bonus for using a certain link.

          EDIT: I just checked my W+ stats. There were 4 affiliates. Not one had sent any traffic, so I emailed them all and told them if they want to promote to sign up for it with JVZoo so I could remove the W+ button. Too confusing having two of them on there. I've seen it on others, but I'd rather keep it simple.

          As for the JVZoo button, there are six affiliates who have sent a total of 296 visitors and one of them made one sale.

          The offer is doing well for me, but the affiliate thing isn't really anything to brag about.

    Advice:

    Don't accept affiliates with 0 posts via WarriorPlus... or people that seem sketchy. It won't work out in your favor.

    As for getting your product on each, I'd recommend to. I mean, there's really no reason NOT to. Then again... your product won't make you a millionaire over night by doing so. It may just increase awareness and result in some sales (or a lot of sales depending on conversions, potential affiliates that pick it up, etc.)...

    I have in my WSOs the WarriorPlus button, then for JVZoo I use their instant sales page.

    personally, i think wso pro is the best platform to use when launching a wso for picking up affiliates

    I use Warrior Plus. People recognize the button and the stats are useful. I have used JVZoo as an affiate and it's OK, but Warrior Plus does all the stuff I want easily, like link in my Aweber account.

      Yeah ... I prefer it also, but since none of the affiliates had sent any traffic at all, I shut it down on this listing. I'll most likely go with just W+ the next time around.

    In my last WSO, I didn't have any affiliates and I did ok. I would still like to do better as you can never have too many sales but as I got no sales from affiliates form previous WSOs I figured I would do it alone for a change.
