is my disclaimer in my ebook ok

hi, ive more or less finished my first two ebooks bit not sure what to write for the disclaimer part at the beginning

its a 28 day nutritition and exercise plan

not sure if i need a copyright notice in there and if so is there a standard one i can use or rewrite.

    I don't believe you can ever be 100% protected from anything. But as Dan said above, you need to chat with a lawyer about this stuff.
