Could this be a bit of an exaggeration? The body does require some rest at some point, am I correct.
I have actually tried this, and I found out that - If I do stay up for 24 hours, than the very next day I would fall asleep maybe for an hour or two and then I would be ok. But eventually I did sleep.
I remember In my teens and early 20's I could stay up for days, even weeks at times, but now I don't see how this is possible.
What are your thoughts on this? Can you stay awake all the time, and if so how do you do it?
