    Themeforest is the major player for wordpress themes.

    Depending on your price range you can get a professional designer from there or try freelancer and all those sites.

    Also checkout Thesis theme because it comes with many famous child themes which may fill in your requirement.

      ThemeForest is good and the average WP theme is about $40.

      I personally like ElegantThemes where you can get 75 WP themes for the same price ($39). You can check out each theme in advance by trying it's demo first to see if you like the structure, layout, functionality, etc before you buy.

      There are a number of other very good theme sites as well.

    You can never got wrong with Themeforest, they have everything you could need at reasonable prices. Most of the developers offer very good support for customizing your themes too.

    There are endless themes you can use, both free and paid. For free themes, have a look at these sites:

    For paid themes, I can recommend the Thesis theme. It's fully customizable and well coded for SEO.

    I'm a big fan of WooThemes. The overall quality of the design, code, etc. is great with them. Themeforest can be a good resource too, but make sure to read the reviews before purchasing a theme.

    For premium WordPress themes I recommend ThemeForest.

    Custom themes may cost you more then you can imagine, because you will pay not only for custom design, but also for eventual modifications, fixes.

    Free themes can also cost you - even if you don't pay anything to have them, malware, encrypted code can make you lose your website (and probably money) if you don't know exactly where to find these themes.

    I also list a few safe websites where you can get free and secure themes if you are interested.

    Tanshi is right on the money re. free themes. The only safe place to get them is wordpress.org but those are rather overused.

    I posted a while back about my favorite places to get ecommerce themes here - the summary? Like others have mentioned Elegant Themes are top quality and it's great price for such a selection. Themeforest is also good.
