Foreclosure Market...Have No Money But How Can I & You Still Benefit From This Market

The foreclosure market is huge at this moment so how can I and you benefit from this very terrible nightmare for so many people, sounds mean doesn't it but the reality is you and I can benefit from this some how even if we do not have money lets put on our thinking caps guys and girls.

    I would suggest that you approach this the same way that you would approach any market that you want to break into without risking any money - articles!

    Do a Google search for "BUM Marketing" and learn about this tactic. The information is free, and the methods are free. I suspect though, that your biggest hurdle (as was mine to begin with) will be getting yourself to take action!

    there's a lot of money in that industry (odd, but it's true).

    there's thousands of fly by night companies that have popped up over the year, or switched over from mortgages.

    One thing I would recommend, call up companies and negotiate a deal for leads. Don't settle for any offers on the networks. You'll be able to find a company that will pay you $300+/sale for a $900 loan mod sale.

    We do live transfers, internet leads, and phone verified leads in that market - lucrative. The market won't be going anywhere for a year +, unfortunatly...

    An offline strategy that might go well is to contact lenders and their attorneys (trustees for lenders foreclosing are usually lawyers) offering to look after all of the empty homes they now have. You could make a physical inspection of their REOs along with cutting grass and other minor maintenance.

    Banks don't want to see these assets lose any more value to vandalism or gross neglect. Be their saviors and pull in some nice buckaroos...
